FAUNet ID Password Recovery:

Use this portal to reset your FAUNet ID password if you have forgotten it or are unable to sign in.

You'll verify your identity with a code sent to your recovery email or phone, then create a new password. If you haven't set up recovery options yet, you may need to contact the OIT Help Desk.

Please enter your FAUNet ID to start the recovery process.
If your account exists, we have sent a code to your email and/or mobile number which may be used to reset your password.

Please note that it takes approximately 5 minutes for our systems to sync. You might see a "invalid password" error if you try to log in to FAU services using your new password immediately.
