Step 2:

If your account exists, we have sent a code to your email and/or mobile number which may be used to reset your password.

Step 3:

Please enter a new never used password and click continue. The password must include, 8 characters and including characters from uppercase, lowercase, numbers and optionally symbols.

Step 4:

Success you may now login to FAU services using your new password.
